Custom Scale Spec Homes can be made either as 'Exterior Only' models or as 'Hands-On Interactive' models.  Exterior only models showcase the exterior of the home in a single piece.  Hands-On Interactive models showcase the home's exterior and interior floorplan, including appliances, fixtures, and furniture.
