The model below is 3D Printed using the Solid Laser Printing process. We accomplish the brushed metal finish with a Nickel Electroplating process. This plating gives the model a very appealing metallic finish, and also provides the surface with additional strength, rigidity, and electrical conductivity. The Nickel Plate finish adds an extra 2-3 days to a project.

The Hands-On Scale Spec Home below shows our ability to apply a life-like custom painted finish, to match the actual paint specs of the home design. We will source the exact paint that will be applied to the full-size structure from leading paint vendors such as Sherwin Williams, Frazee, Duron, etc. We also will match tile, stone, and roofing from photos provided.

The product scale model below shows our 'Clear' finish, in combination with our 'bright nickel' finish. The clear dome is made using the Solid Laser printing process with a clear base material, then hand-finished to result in a glass-like clarity. The reflector inside the dome is also a Solid Laser print, then finished in bright nickel to give it a metallic reflective finish. You can see the actual product at Solar Tracking Skylights.
