| How do I modify my account information? |
| Certain account information is required when you get a quote and place an order. If you need to change your information for any reason, let your QuickARC Sales Manager know the change, and we will take care of it. |

| Tell me about QuickQuote®... |
| QuickQuote® is the geometry analysis and instant quoting engine behind QuickARC. QuickQuote® was developed by a team of 3D Printing experts and software development professionals. Its deployment is the commercialization of man-years of development on the complex problem of geometric analysis, build process simulation, and automatic quotation creation. |

| QuickQuote® takes your uploaded 3D CAD files or input specs, analyzes them, and then produces a binding customized quotation for the construction of your models in the style and quantity you specified. |

| How do I get a QuickQuote® |

Select the Architect's Zone or the Builder's Zone based on your model need. |
| 2. |

In the Architect's Zone, select the 3D Printing process, quantity, material, etc., and select your 3D CAD file for upload. |

In the Builder's Zone, enter your property specs and any special notes. |

Enter your contact information. |

Click 'Submit' |

| QuickQuote® will automaticaly submit your Quote request to the QuickARC sales team for analysis and processing. |

| Your sales team will email your quote to you in PDF format. |

| What if my needs are "special" or not covered by the available choices? |
| In the quoting process we have a notes/special instructions area where any special requests can be made. Just write in what your needs are, be very specific, because your sales manager is an experienced process specialist and will know what you are talking about. |

| Once a project is started, your project manager will also contact you directly by phone and your special requests can be communicated at that time. |
 |

| What if I don't want to use the Internet? |
| In order to receive a QuickQuote® for your project, you will need to have Internet access. For those individuals that are unable to send files over the Internet, we do accept 2D and 3D CAD files via email at quote@QuickARC.com. |

| How much do parts cost? |
| Since QuickARC does not have the overhead burden of manual quoting, we are able to pass the cost savings onto you, the buyer. We know that the prices at QuickARC are the most competitive you will find. Our system is built that way. | How do I place an order? |
| When you are ready to proceed with your quote, simply return your quote with your authorization. We will then confirm your Purchase Order (PO) number or credit card number. QuickARC currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. |

| What happens after I place an order? |
 |
| After you accept your quote and activate your project, your project information is forwarded to your personal Project Manager. Your Project Manager will then contact you directly to do the following: |

Verify all the information that you provided
|

Discuss any special circumstances or requirements that you have noted in your order
|
|
Provide a preliminary delivery date
|
|
|

| From there your models are constructed, inspected, and shipped directly to you. |
 |
| Your parts are shipped via Federal Express Priority Overnight (Unless you have specified another shipment method on the activation form). They are packed by professional shippers who understand that each part is important and have years of experience shipping custom manufactured parts. |

| What if there is a problem with my order? |
| Once you receive your order, your Project Manager will call you to verify that your order was acceptable. After this phone call is complete, we document that your project is closed. |
 |
| If there is a problem with your parts, you need to tell your Project Manager about any issues during the follow-up call. |
