After You Order
After You Order
Once you have placed your order with QuickARC, you can expect the following things to happen:
1. You will receive a phone call from a QuickARC Project Manager confirming your order. During that conversation, you can expect to discuss the delivery schedule, any non-standard aspects of your project, and anything else that you decide is important to your project.
2. Your project is instantly routed to the production lab where all the parts you quoted are automatically prepared for production in the process you specified. Your parts are then grown, finished, and delivered to the Quality Department for inspection.
3. Your parts are inspected by QA Inspectors for accuracy, finish and quality. Parts that fail the inspection process are either returned for re-work or scrapped and regrown.
4. Your parts are then documented, packaged, and shipped to you via Fed Ex priority overnight.
5. On the scheduled day of the arrival of your parts, your QuickARC Project Manager will call you and inquire about your shipment. In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order, you can discuss the matter.
We have designed these procedures to formally keep you informed about the status of your order, and to provide you with ample opportunity to communicate with us. The communication built into our process ensures that we know what you expect, and that you get what you expect.
