| Ronald L. Hollis, President, CEO and a co-founder of Quickparts provides experience, leadership, and knowledge in the development of businesses in the product development market. He is responsible for providing the strategic vision, execution, and leadership to drive the company. Ron earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alabama, and a MS and Ph.D. in Engineering Management from The University of Alabama in Huntsville. In addition, he is also a registered Professional Engineer in Alabama. In Ron’s post-school years, he acted as the manager of the Alabama Center for Advanced Technology and as a mechanical engineer with Boeing working with the Space Station. He then went on to act as Vice President of Fastec Engineering, Inc., a manufacturing company, where he was instrumental in turning the company around for a successful acquisition. Next, he founded and oversaw operations as President and CEO of Rapid Tech Engineering, Inc., a technology integration company. He grew it into a successful value added reseller focusing on the sales of manufacturing services and engineering products. Ron has served as a leader in the Atlanta business community for the past several years, including serving as President of the Young Entrepreneur’s Organization chapter and a member of Young President’s Organization (YPO). Other affiliations include MIT/INC Birthing of Giants, E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year and Catalyst Innovator of the Year. His passion is building businesses that can make a positive change to the world by serving customers and developing leaders.
